The exhibition will run from May 4 to July 31, 2011, and will features pieces from all of McQueen's collections - from Nihilism in 1994, to his posthumous Angels & Demons collection in 2010. The McQueen tartan, the Kate Moss hologram and cabinets of McQueen "curiosities" will be highlights of an exhibition whose scale aims to come close to the genius of the man himself.

Christopher Kane's latest collection was a weird, wonderful, and distinctly grown-up journey, but at its dark heart there might have been something as sweet and simple as childhood memories. The crochet that opened the show was the kind of traditional craftsy throw you might see on a rec-room sofa; the extraordinary plastic trims that arrived to infect severe black shift dresses were inspired by the squidgy pencil cases filled with glitter and colored liquid that were a schoolkid craze at some point in the Kane infancy. The sequins at the finale reflected the carbonated fizz of a SodaStream, another kids' fancy.

Grief-striken by the loss of TJ's mother in a car accident, Paul can't muster the strength to evict the strange squatter, and soon the long-haired, tattooed Hesher becomes a fixture in the household. Like a force of nature, Hesher's anarchy shakes the family out of their grief and helps them embrace life once more.
